How long does setup take?

In-stock hardware can be set up within 1-24 hours. Custom order hardware may take longer.

Do you provide IP blocks / rDNS?

IP blocks are provided upon request. rDNS/Reverse records can be configured via panel or support.

How does DDoS protection work?

Local filtering or global scrubbing (Path.net) options are available. Traffic is cleaned via Path.net overseas and in-house appliance in Turkey, then forwarded back.

Managed or unmanaged?

Both options are available. Unmanaged servers provide full root access. Managed servers include updates, security and maintenance services.

Which operating systems are supported?

Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, Rocky Linux), Windows Server and custom ISO installation options are available.

How does billing work?

Monthly or annual billing options are available. Special discounts may apply for annual payments.

What is the difference between a dedicated server and VDS/VPS?

With dedicated servers, all hardware resources belong exclusively to you; CPU, RAM and disk are not shared with other customers. With VDS/VPS, physical hardware is shared among multiple customers through a virtualization layer. Dedicated servers are recommended for workloads requiring high IO, consistent performance and full resource guarantee.

What CPU options are available?

AMD Ryzen 9 series (high single-core performance), Intel Xeon (enterprise workloads), AMD EPYC (multi-core, large memory capacity) and dual CPU configurations are available. We'll determine the best CPU architecture for your workload together.

Can RAID be configured?

Yes. RAID 0 (performance), RAID 1 (mirroring/security), RAID 5/6 (distributed parity) and RAID 10 (performance + security) configurations can be applied upon request. Hardware or software RAID options are available.

Can I get BGP and a dedicated IP block?

Yes. IP blocks from /29 to /24 can be provided upon request. Contact our sales team for BGP sessions, AS number-requiring enterprise configurations and dedicated uplink options.
