How Does Path.net DDoS Protection Work?
DDoS protection is purchased optionally and its price is calculated automatically in the server wizard. With the optional protection, the IP stays on a protected route continuously — no attack threshold is awaited.
200 Gbps Turkey Capacity and 12 Tbps Global Network
The 200 Gbps figure refers to REXE's local appliance connection capacity in Turkey. The 12 Tbps published by Path.net is the total capacity of the global network, not capacity dedicated to a single server. Bandwidth (Gbps) and packet rate (Mpps) are different measures.
L3/L4 Filtering, Game Profiles and Attack Reports
All supported filters operate at Layer7 and track connection state; separate filter profiles exist for game and application protocols. REXE's own panel is used to view attack reports and manage filters and rules; customers do not connect directly to the Path.net panel.
Protection Scope and Excluded Traffic
Without the optional protection, the default L3/L4 protection covers only traffic arriving from abroad. With the optional protection, both domestic and international traffic are protected. There is no separate per-customer protection limit defined for clean traffic.

Isolated Resources, NVMe Storage and Network Features
Setup, security and performance; all in one package.
NVMe M.2 SSD
Fast application experience with low latency and high IOPS.
Instant Setup
Active server delivery within minutes after order.
99.9% Uptime
Uninterrupted target with redundant infrastructure and 24/7 monitoring.
24/7 Support
Expert team, fast response and solution-oriented approach.
vCPU and RAM Allocation Model
Servers run on VMware virtualization. The vCPU model is shared: a physical core is not reserved solely for you, but you can use the full vCPU capacity allocated to you. CPU overselling is not applied.
NVMe Disk and IOPS Policy
The storage layer uses current-generation Samsung NVMe disks. Depending on the storage pool, either RAID 10 or RAID 5 is configured. No artificial IOPS limit is applied to customer disks.
Port Speed, Traffic, IPv4 and IPv6
The network runs over 100 Gbps ports; customers are provisioned with 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps connectivity depending on the service and plan. Customer port capacity is guaranteed and no artificial port throttling is applied under normal use. You can see the exact port speed, traffic quota and IP options of your plan in the server wizard.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between VDS and VPS?
On VDS, the vCPU and RAM capacity allocated to you is guaranteed within package limits and no CPU overselling is applied. The vCPU model is shared: a physical core is not reserved solely for you, but you can use the full allocated capacity. VPS services typically offer weaker resource guarantees.
How long does setup take?
VDS servers are automatically set up within minutes. Access credentials are sent via email after OS selection.
What are the operating system options?
Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux, Windows Server and custom ISO upload options are available.
Can resources be upgraded later?
Yes, CPU, RAM and disk resources can be easily upgraded through the panel. Upgrades are done within the same day if needed.
Is there a backup service?
Automatic daily snapshot backup service can be added optionally. Manual snapshot creation is also available through the panel.

Everything About VDS Server Rental
What is a VDS Server?
VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server) is a server type created by partitioning a physical server with VMware virtualization. The vCPU, RAM and disk capacity allocated to you is guaranteed within plan limits and CPU overselling is not applied. The vCPU model is shared: a physical core is not reserved solely for you, but you can use the full allocated capacity.
The storage layer uses current-generation Samsung NVMe disks, configured as RAID 10 or RAID 5 depending on the storage pool. Because no artificial IOPS limit is applied to customer disks, database-heavy applications, game servers and high-traffic websites can fully benefit from disk performance.
What is the Difference Between VDS and VPS?
Although the terms VPS (Virtual Private Server) and VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server) are sometimes used interchangeably, they differ technically. On REXE VDS infrastructure the vCPU model is shared; a physical CPU core is not reserved for a single customer. Even so, the vCPU and RAM capacity defined in your package stays available to you and no CPU overselling is applied.
In REXE Technology's VDS service, the vCPU and RAM capacity allocated to you is guaranteed within plan limits and CPU overselling is not applied. This reduces the risk of performance fluctuation caused by resource contention. VDS is particularly recommended for game servers, e-commerce sites and enterprise applications.
Advantages of VDS Server Rental in Turkey
The biggest advantage of renting a VDS located in Turkey is low latency. Thanks to our Istanbul data center the network path is shorter for users in Turkey; actual latency varies by user location and access provider. This matters especially for game servers, real-time applications and e-commerce sites.
Additionally, servers hosted in Turkey provide advantages in terms of KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) compliance. Keeping Turkish users' data domestically is important for both legal compliance and data security. At REXE Technology, all our infrastructure is located in Turkey.
VDS Server Use Cases
Game Servers
Optimized VDS for FiveM, Minecraft, CS2, Rust and more. Low ping, high performance.
Web Hosting
Reliable VDS infrastructure for WordPress, Laravel, Node.js and other web applications.
E-Commerce
High-performance VDS for e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce, Magento, OpenCart.
Database Servers
Fast database operations with NVMe disk advantage for MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
API & Microservices
Scalable VDS solutions for REST API, GraphQL and microservice architectures.
VPN & Proxy
Secure and fast VDS for private VPN server or proxy infrastructure.
DDoS Protected VDS Server
DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks are cyber attacks aimed at making your server inaccessible. Game servers, e-commerce sites and popular web applications can be targets of such attacks. At REXE Technology, we integrate Path.net global DDoS protection infrastructure into our servers.
Path.net filters L3/L4 and L7 layer attacks with 30+ PoP (Point of Presence) points worldwide. Attack traffic is cleaned and delivered to your server, legitimate users enjoy uninterrupted access. DDoS protection service can be optionally added to your VDS plans.
VDS Server Setup Process
After placing a VDS server order at REXE Technology, the automatic setup system kicks in. After your operating system selection (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, Windows Server, etc.), your server is ready within minutes. SSH access credentials and control panel information are sent via email.
Full root/administrator access is provided to your server. This allows you to install any software, configure security settings and fully customize your server. Our 24/7 technical support team is always ready to help with setup and configuration.
